Glutathione

What Is Glutathione?

Glutathione is a powerful natural antioxidant produced by the body, often referred to as the “master detoxifier.”
It is made up of three amino acids — glutamine, cysteine, and glycine — and plays a vital role in neutralizing free radicals, detoxifying the liver, and supporting the immune system.

Over time, factors like stress, aging, pollution, poor nutrition, and illness can deplete the body’s natural glutathione levels.
This reduction accelerates aging, weakens the immune response, and allows toxins to accumulate in the body.

What Is Glutathione Therapy?

Glutathione Therapy involves administering glutathione directly into the bloodstream, most commonly through intravenous (IV) infusion, to maximize absorption and effectiveness.
Unlike oral supplements that are poorly absorbed, IV therapy ensures that the antioxidant reaches cells immediately, providing faster and more visible results.

This treatment is often used for detoxification, skin rejuvenation, immune support, and anti-aging, and is performed under medical supervision.

How Does It Work?

When infused intravenously, glutathione binds to free radicals, heavy metals, and toxins in the bloodstream.
It converts these harmful substances into a form that can be safely eliminated through the liver and kidneys.
At the same time, it helps regenerate other antioxidants in the body, such as Vitamin C and Vitamin E, enhancing overall cellular protection and repair.

Safety and Procedure

The treatment is safe, non-invasive, and well-tolerated when performed by trained professionals.
Each session lasts about 30–45 minutes, and the number of sessions varies depending on personal goals and health status.
Patients can return to their daily activities immediately after the infusion.

Possible mild effects — such as temporary redness or light fatigue — usually resolve within hours.
